Aker BioMarine ASA – Mandatory notification of subscription of shares by primary insiders in the Employee Share Purchase Program
28 February 2022: Reference is made to Aker BioMarine ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange announcement earlier today, regarding the result of the offer of new shares to employees in the Company and its Norwegian subsidiaries (the "Employee Share Purchase Program") and the board of directors' resolution to increase the share capital of the Company.
The following primary insiders of the Company have today, on 28 February 2022, applied for, been allocated and subscribed new shares in the Company at the offer price of NOK 37.078 per share in the Employee Share Purchase Program.
- Matts Johansen, CEO, has subscribed for 1 294 new shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 47 978. Following the subscription, Johansen controls 1 042 008 shares in the company.
- Katrine Klaveness, CFO, has subscribed for 1 294 new shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 47 978. Following the subscription, Klaveness controls 5 744 shares in the company.
- Webjørn Barstad, EVP Offshore, has subscribed for 1 294 new shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 47 978. Following the subscription, Barstad controls 13 294 shares in the company.
- Hege Spaun, Chief Officer People & External Affairs, has subscribed for 1 294 new shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 47 978. Following the subscription, Spaun controls 3 529 shares in the company.
- Tone Lorentzen, EVP Supply Chain, has subscribed for 1 294 new shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 47 978. Following the subscription, Lorentzen controls 5 794 shares in the company.
- Shauna McNeill, EVP Innovation, has subscribed for 1 294 new shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 47 978. Following the subscription, McNeill controls 6 164 shares in the company.
- Simon Seward, EVP Human Health & Nutrition, has subscribed for 1 294 new shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 47 978. Following the subscription, Seward controls 1 294 shares in the company.
- Lasse Johansen, VP Financial Reporting, has subscribed for 1 294 new shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 47 978. Following the subscription, Johansen controls 1 294 shares in the company.
- Lars Jacobsen, General Counsel, has subscribed for 1 294 new shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 47 978. Following the subscription, Jacobsen controls 2 594 shares in the company.
- Sindre Skjong, Board Director, has subscribed for 1 294 new shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 47 978. Following the subscription, Skjong controls 1 294 shares in the company.
